4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by MariaGreg Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive appropriate usage rights as specified in individual agreements.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Results cannot be guaranteed, as marketing success depends on various factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of contract, non-payment, or other material violations.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
